Hyundai Carnival Based MPV Spotted

Hyundai is developing a Kia Carnival based MPV that has been spotted in China.

Hyundai’s version of the MPV will carry a different design language

Hyundai is currently developing a new premium MPV for their global lineup. It is a Kia Carnival based MPV and that too the next generation Carnival which has not been revealed yet.

The all-new Hyundai MPV is expected to make its world premier later this year. The car has been spotted recently in China revealing very few details of the MPV.

Of course, the design language of the Hyundai MPV will be totally different compared to the Kia model. The MPV seems to get a huge grille up front as per the latest trend in the automotive industry.

The interior gets the latest generation Sonata derived steering wheel while the rest of the dashboard is hidden in the test mule. The second row seats have been revealed finished in red upholstery which looks premium.

The second row gets captain seats with floor mounted AC vents and other controls. We hope Hyundai considers to introduce this premium MPV in India soon after its global debut with heavy localisation to compete directly against the Toyota Innova.

Hyundai is likely to offer multiple variants with a range of diesel and petrol engine options in the international market.
