KTM 160 Duke Launched, Positioned Below The Duke 200
KTM has launched the 160 Duke as the youngest sibling in its popular Duke family. It features sporty design, advanced technology, and everyday practicality. The model aims to offer KTM’s performance DNA in a more affordable and beginner-friendly package.
Engine
The 160 Duke uses a SOHC engine producing 19 HP at 9500 RPM and 15.5 NM of torque at 7500 rpm. Braking is handled by a 320mm front disc and a 230mm rear disc.
Features
An LCD speedometer and turn-by-turn navigation further enhance its rider-focused appeal. Other features include tubeless tyres, alloy wheels, USD front forks, and monoshock suspension for stable, comfortable handling.
Safety Features
LED lighting, dual-channel ABS, and Bluetooth connectivity add safety and convenience. A crawling feature and off-road ABS make it versatile in various riding conditions.
Pricing
KTM prices the new 160 Duke at Rs. 1.85 Lakh (ex-showroom). This positions the bike below the 200 Duke and 250 Duke. This allows the brand to capture a more budget oriented segment in the Indian 2-wheeler market.
