KTM has increased the price of the 250 Duke by Rs. 5000/-
KTM India has recently announced a price hike of Rs. 5000/- for the 250 Duke, bringing the ex-showroom price to Rs. 2.30 lakhs. This adjustment follows the launch of the 2025 edition of the motorcycle in October last year, which was initially priced at Rs. 2.45 lakhs. Despite a promotional discount of Rs. 20,000 offered at the end of 2024, the price was valid only until last month, after which the new price was implemented.
The KTM 250 Duke has been a popular model in the brand’s portfolio, offering a more affordable alternative to its larger sibling, the 390 Duke. While it shares a similar look with the 390 Duke, the 250 variant is priced approximately Rs. 67,000/- lower, making it an attractive option for those seeking a blend of performance and value. The motorcycle is powered by a 248.7cc, liquid-cooled engine that produces 30.57 BHP and 25 Nm of torque, paired with a six-speed gearbox.
The 250 Duke features a lightweight design, built on a new steel trellis frame, an offset mono-shock, a curved swingarm and fresh 17-inch alloy wheels. On the technology front, it is equipped with a ride-by-wire throttle, selectable ride modes, a slipper clutch and a quick shifter. The instrument cluster is a five-inch colour TFT screen that includes Bluetooth connectivity and turn-by-turn navigation.
The KTM 250 Duke is offered in four distinct colours: Ebony Black, Black and Blue, Ceramic White and Electronic Orange, allowing buyers to choose their preferred style.
Despite the price increase, the KTM 250 Duke continues to offer an exciting riding experience with a strong feature set at a relatively accessible price point within the premium segment.
