KTM 390 Adventure Spied Yet Again

The 390 Adventure is spotted in camouflage, with all new features seen on the bike.

Bigger wheels and off-road tyres are fitted on the 390 Adventure

The 390 Adventure will be sharing parts with the Duke 390 and will host the same engine as the Duke. It will also feature the colour TFT screen as seen on the Duke 390, but an additional screen is also spotted on top of it. However, there is no information as to what it is or what is it used for.

The bike features mounts for the saddlebags. The saddlebags seem to mount on three points on the mounting system. The tail rack seems to be possibly mounted on four bolts on the frame and appears to hold the top box on three points. The third point on both the saddlebag and tail rack mount appears to be a lock which attaches or releases the luggage bags.

The tank on the 390 Adventure seems to be bigger than the Duke 390 and the triple tree clamps also seem to be reinforced. The ignition key slot is also situated below the instrument console, rather than the tank. It is expected to debut at EICMA later this year and will be launched later in 2019 in India.

The 390 Adventure to be powered by the same 373cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder motor that features on the Duke 390. The power output on the 390 Adventure will be the same 43.5 BHP and 37 Nm of torque, though the gearing is expected to be shorter for off-road use. The bike is expected to be priced at Rs. 3 lakhs (ex-showroom, India) mark and will rival the BMW G 310 GS and Kawasaki Versys X300.
