The Tata Nexon is the most hyped vehicle to be launched by domestic auto major Tata Motors. Based on the Osprey concept, the sub-4 metre SUV looks striking and competes with segment leader Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza and Ford EcoSport. It carries styling elements in the form of LED DRLs, alloy wheels, projector headlamps and LED tail lamps. The plastic cladding all around the vehicle help to highlight its SUV-like stance. The Tata Nexon gets a sleek design and promises loads of cabin space, while offering premium interiors and modern technology.
The Tata Nexon is offered in two engine options, namely a 1.2-litre turbo petrol engine and a newly-developed 1.5-litre diesel engine. Both the motors come mated to a 6-speed manual transmission. Multiple drive modes are also on offer. The high kerb weight of the vehicle surely lets it down in acceleration and fuel efficiency, but is also the prime reason for its superior high speed stability. On the inside, the Tata Nexon is equipped with a 6.5 inch Harman-Kardon infotainment display, rear AC vents and a front armrest as well.
Tata Nexon is sold in the following colours in India.

Tata Nexon Review
The Tata Nexon is Tata’s first offering in this segment and features modern mechanicals wrapped in a radical design. The aggressive pricing makes it look more value for money than its competitors. Those who prefer a bang for the buck offering will consider it. The quality on offer, be it in exterior panels or interior plastics, is excellent and features like different drive modes and rear AC make it a more compelling buy. The Tata Nexon is definitely a worthy alternative to the Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza and Ford EcoSport due to the great overall package on offer.
