The Tata Tigor is the third compact sedan from Tata Motors after the Indigo CS and Zest. The Tigor comes with a unique Styleback design unlike the conventional compact sedans. The Tata Tigor is based on the Tiago hatchback having similar specifications but more features.
The Tata Tigor comes with both petrol and diesel engine options. The 1.2-litre, 3-cylinder Revotron petrol engine produces 85 PS of power at 6000 RPM and 114 Nm of torque at 3500 RPM. The 1.05-litre, 3-cylinder Revotorq diesel engine produces 70 PS of power at 4000 RPM and 140 Nm of torque at 1800-3000 RPM. Both the engines are mated to a 5-speed manual transmission. Some of the key features of the Tata Tigor include projector headlamps, LED tail lights, 15-inch alloys, Connectnext touchscreen infotainment system, etc.
