Mercedes Launches ‘Ah My God’ TVC Campaign For CLA45 AMG

With Mercedes-Benz all set to launch the CLA45 AMG on 22nd July, the German automaker has launched the ‘Ah My God’ TV Commercial for India’s first compact performance sedan. The new ad highlights the soul touching performance, power and styling of the four-door coupe that can only be experienced, while the terms ‘Ah My God’ is all you can say when driving the brute CLA45 AMG. The campaign also happens to be Mercedes’ first ever India specific TVC.

An absolute stunner, the Mercedes CLA45 AMG packs in beauty on the outside and a demon underneath the hood. The CLS influence only adds to the appeal of the performance sedan that is further improved by the additional AMG kit inclusive of aerodynamic bumpers, side skirts and carbon-fibre inserts. The AMG touch extends inside the cabin as well with luxurious sports seats, an AMG sports steering wheel and carbon-fibre accents throughout the cabin. The sedan also gets jet engine inspired air-con vents, while the instrumentation gets red illumination adding to the aggressive appeal.

Powering the Mercedes CLA45 AMG is the 2.0-litre in-line 4-cylinder, turbocharged motor that belts out 355 HP of power and 450 Nm of torque, paired to an AMG SPEEDSHIFT 7-speed transmission, while power is sent to all four wheels via Mercedes’ 4MATIC system. The four-door sports coupe can do 0-100 km/hr in just 4.6 seconds and has a limited top speed of 250 km/hr. In terms of safety features, the performance sedan is loaded with 9 airbags, Adaptive Brake with Hold function and Attention Assist among others. The baby AMG also comes loaded with a host of tech wizardry to keep it planted on the road.

The new ‘Ah My God’ TVC will be aired on television after 22nd July and the print campaign will follow subsequently. India’s most affordable AMG, the CLA45 AMG will be brought in as a CBU in the country and is expected to be priced at around Rs. 80 lakhs in the country.
