MG Motor India has announced the prices of the limited-run Cyberster Couture Edition and M9 Couture Edition in India. The Cyberster Couture Edition is priced at Rs. 87.49 lakhs, while the M9 Couture Edition costs Rs. 84.94 lakhs (ex-showroom). Both models command a premium of Rs. 4.99 lakhs over their standard counterparts. Only 50 units of each special edition will be produced, and bookings are already open through MG Select dealerships.
The Couture Editions have been developed in collaboration with fashion designer Gaurav Gupta and feature exclusive cosmetic updates. Both vehicles get a white exterior with unique graphics inspired by Gupta’s Serpent Infinity design theme. The Cyberster receives orange accents, special badging and gold-finished MG logos, while the M9 gets charcoal graphics, unique front-end detailing and a “Couture Edition” badge inside the cabin.
Apart from the design changes, both models remain mechanically unchanged. The Cyberster continues with a 77 kWh battery pack and dual-motor all-wheel-drive setup producing 510 HP and 725 Nm, offering a claimed 580 km MIDC range. The M9 retains its 90 kWh battery, single-motor front-wheel-drive powertrain producing 245 HP and 350 Nm, and a claimed 548 km MIDC range.
The Couture Editions are aimed at buyers looking for a more exclusive version of MG’s premium electric models without any changes to their performance or equipment.
