Next-Gen Hyundai Creta Launch By Late 2020

2018 Hyundai Creta Facelift Review

The engines in the all-new Hyundai Creta will be BS-VI compliant.

The styling of the next-gen Creta will be inspired form the new Santa Fe

The Korean manufacturer, Hyundai launched the first generation of Creta back in 2015 and it was a major success. The car has been in the top ten selling car list in each and every month since its launch. The company will be launching the next generation Hyundai Creta by late 2020.

The second generation of Creta will be larger in size and there will be a major styling change. The styling of the car will be very much inspired by the Hyundai’s flagship SUV, the Santa Fe. Apart from that, there will be an addition of loads of features and engines will be revised too. The new 1.5-litre petrol and diesel engines will be BS-VI compliant. The Creta will be offered in both five-seat and seven-seat configurations.

The next-gen Creta will take on the likes of Nissan Kicks, Jeep Compass and Tata Harrier. The seven-seater variant of the Creta is expected to be priced similar to the current Tucson. Apart from Creta, the next generation of premium hatchback i20 will also be launched during mid-2020. The BS-VI emission norms will be mandatory in India from 2020 and thus many manufacturers will bring an updated version of their products.
