Norton Motorcycles will relaunch in India by April 2026 with new V4 & Atlas models

After five years under TVS Motor Company’s ownership, British marque Norton Motorcycles is preparing for a major comeback – both in India and international markets. The brand will officially unveil its new range of motorcycles on November 4, 2025, ahead of its market debut in April 2026.

According to Sudarshan Venu, Chairman and Managing Director of TVS Motor, Norton’s relaunch will be global in scope, with Europe, the USA, Asia and India identified as key markets. India will play a pivotal role in this revival, not just as a retail destination but also as a key manufacturing hub.

The company has begun appointing dealerships across India to prepare for the brand’s introduction. Norton’s upcoming lineup will include four new models, featuring the V4 superbike range and a twin-cylinder adventure motorcycle, both of which will make their first appearance at EICMA 2025.

The V4 models, named Manx and Manx R, will represent Norton’s flagship segment and highlight its engineering and performance credentials. Meanwhile, the Norton Atlas, a twin-cylinder adventure bike, is expected to serve as the brand’s volume driver. Crucially, the Atlas will be fully manufactured in India, which could lead to competitive pricing and greater accessibility for Indian buyers.

While the V4 superbikes will continue to be assembled at Norton’s Solihull facility in the UK, a significant portion of their components will come from India – a move that underscores TVS’s strategy of leveraging local manufacturing expertise.

Further down the line, Norton is expected to expand its range with two additional models in 2026, which are likely to be positioned below the twin-cylinder Atlas. Details regarding specifications and pricing will be revealed at the November 2025 unveiling.
