The Suzuki Gixxer has been a consistent performer in the 150cc segment for almost two years now. It combines refined performance, sharp styling with an attractive price. Recently, leaked images of the Gixxer and Gixxer SF Limited Edition variants were posted on the internet. It is dubbed as the Gixxer SP Limited Edition.

The Limited Edition will solely comprise of styling changes and zero performance ones. A special matte grey colour option will now be available along with chequered flag graphics on the front fenders. To signify the special edition, the SP badge is situated near the Gixxer logo. A dual-tone Red and black seat makes its debut with this edition too.

No performance upgrades will be seen on the Suzuki Gixxer SP Limited Edition though. The same 155cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine will be used on the Gixxer SP variants. Suzuki’s Eco Performance (SEP) technology, seen on the stock Gixxer and Gixxer SF, will be available for this model too which gives it a mileage of nearly 50 km/l (real world between 45-50 km/l). Also rear disc brakes, as found on the top-end Gixxer variants, will be used on the Limited Edition too.

It is imminent that the Limited Edition model will be released soon, but it is highly rumoured that the festive season is the what the company is targeting. An expected, pricing of nearly Rs. 5000/- more than the top-end Gixxer seems plausible.
