Suzuki Hayabusa Render Hints At The Upcoming Bike

The future Suzuki Hayabusa? May be!

Renders have emerged on the internet, which throw light on what to expect from the upcoming Suzuki Hayabusa. The successor of the ‘Dhoom’ bike is set to officially break cover later this Autumn.

Suzuki unveiled the Hayabusa initially way back in 2007 and it has been one of the fastest bikes known to mankind ever since. While the ‘Busa received updates like ABS and Brembo brakes, it failed to meet the strict Euro 4 emission norms.

Thanks to almost no updates to the 1340cc motor, Suzuki had to discontinue the bike and everyone has been waiting for a new ‘Busa ever since. Now, as we get closer to the official launch of the second-gen Hayabusa, here’s what to expect.

Firstly, judging from the render, the new Suzuki Hayabusa will be aesthetically different from the previous model. We expect it to be more edgy and futuristic than the previous model.

Secondly, to meet the strict Euro 5 norms, the bike might receive a bump in engine capacity to about 1440cc thanks to the revised intake and exhaust. Further, we expect it to surpass the 200 BHP mark effortlessly.

Lastly, to transmit the power effectively, the Hayabusa will get the new S.I.R.S (Suzuki Intelligent Ride System) as seen on the 2020 Suzuki V-Strom 1050 XT. We also expect it to get all the latest tech like a new IMU-based ABS, rider modes, cruise control, all operated through a new TFT dash.

Personally, I love the analogue digital speedo of the outgoing model, and I’d love it if they integrated the features in that piece itself. However, only time will tell how it pans out.

To summarise, we’ll be getting a new Suzuki Hayabusa soon and we expect the Japanese giant to load it to the brim. After all, it has the tag of ‘the fastest production motorcycle’ to live up to! We also expect Suzuki to launch it here, thanks to the huge fan following.
