Tata Motors Aims For Higher UV Sales

With the launch of the Tata Aria cross over, Tata Motors aims to raise its UV market share in Gujarat. The company currently commands 12% market share in Gujarat. Currently, around 7-8% of utility vehicles (UV) sales comes from Gujarat. Through the Aria, Tata Motors is confident of enhancing its market share in the UV segment significantly. The company enjoys an overall 13% market share in the UV segment across India which comprises 17% of the net sales of the auto industry.
