Tata Makes 3 Lakh Nexons, Celebrates Occasion With New Variants

For the price the Tata Nexon XZ+ (P) grade comes with more goodies than the variant it is based on

Tata Motors has rolled out 3 lakh units of the Nexon compact SUV from its Ranjangaon facility in Pune, today, mere days after launching its Kaziranga edition models.

To celebrate the occasion, the automaker has extended the Nexon’s portfolio by adding the following variants – XZ+ (P), XZA+ (P), XZ+ (HS) and XZA+ (HS).

The new XZ+ (P) and XZA+ (P) variants of the compact SUV come with ventilated front seats

Available in in both petrol and diesel forms, these variants will also be offered in ‘Dark’ edition form. What’s more, Tata has also added a new shade named Royale Blue to the car’s colour palette.

For the price, Tata Nexon XZ+ (P) and XZA+ (P) variants come with Benecke Kaliko leatherette seat upholstery, ventilated front seats, air purifier and auto-dimming IRVM. On the other hand, the XZ+ (HS) and XZA+ (HS) grades come equipped with an air purifier.

These variants, which will be available across all of Tata’s authorised dealerships, are based on their regular counterparts and thus retain all the existing features of such grades. Also, the new variants remain mechanically unchanged.

The company rolled out 2 lakh units of the Nexon in June 2021
