Triumph Speed 400 & Scrambler 400X Launched In India, Priced From Rs. 2.33 Lakhs

First 10,000 customers can get it for Rs. 2.23 lakhs

New Triumph Speed 400 and Scrambler 400X launched in India

The Triumph Speed 400 comes with a price tag of Rs. 2.33 lakhs (ex-showroom). First 10,000 buyers can get the bike for Rs. 2.23 lakhs (ex-showroom). The Scrambler 400X has also been showcased but it will be launched by October and the pricing will be announced closer to the launch.

The Triumph Speed 400 and Scrambler 400 X are designed by Triumph and will be produced in Bajaj Auto’s new Chakan plant. The bikes will be available at an exclusive Triumph dealer network. They plan to have more than 100 dealerships across 80 cities within this fiscal year.

Customers can book the bikes online on Triumph India’s website for a refundable token amount of Rs. 2000/-.

The Speed 400 is available in Carnival Red, Caspian Blue and Phantom Black colour options. The Scrambler is available in Matt Khaki Green and Fusion White, Carnival Red and Phantom Black, Phantom Black and Silver Ice options.

Both the bikes are powered by a new fuel-injected and liquid-cooled 398cc single-cylinder engine producing 40 PS at 8000 RPM and 37.5 Nm at 6500 RPM. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox.
