TVS Ntorq 150 Launched, Will Be Available In Two Trims: Ntorq 150 & Ntorq 150 TFT
TVS Motor has launched the new Ntorq 150, expanding its sporty scooter lineup. It comes in two variants: standard and TFT. Combining strong performance with advanced features, the scooter is priced at Rs. 1.19 lakh (ex-showroom) for the Ntorq 150 and Rs. 1.29 lakh (ex-showroom) for the Ntorq 150 TFT.
Styling
Styling remains sporty and aggressive, true to Ntorq DNA. It gets naked handlebars, aerodynamic winglets, a stubby muffler, and premium 3D logos. The split grab rails, projector headlamps, and stylish tail lamps enhance its bold and youthful character.
The TVS Ntorq 150 is available in three colours, i.e. stealth silver, racing red and turbo blue. Notably, the TVS Ntorq 150 TFT is available with a new colour in place of stealth silver, i.e. nitro green.
Engine
The Ntorq 150 employs a 149.7cc, 3-valve, air-cooled engine with fuel injection. It delivers 13.2 HP at 7000rpm and 14.2 Nm of torque at 5500rpm. Acceleration from 0-60 km/hr takes 6.3 seconds, while the top speed is claimed at 104 km/hr.
Braking & Suspension
A 230mm front disc and 130mm rear drum manage braking, including single-channel ABS. Telescopic front forks handle suspension duties. A rear coil spring with hydraulic dampers ensures comfort and stability on varied road conditions.
Features
The scooter features Street and Race ride modes for different conditions. The TFT variant offers a high-resolution display with custom widgets. It also provides adaptive brightness, profile image display, and day-night modes for better visibility and user experience.
Connectivity is a major highlight of the TFT model. It includes turn-by-turn navigation, call and message alerts, and Alexa support. Additional features include crash alert, live tracking, weather updates, and OTA software updates through telematics integration.
Practicality
Daily riders benefit from practical touches that remain intact. The scooter offers 22 litres of under-seat storage, a glove box, and dual helmet hooks. Potential buyers will also benefit from a USB charging port, follow-me-home headlights, and a patented easy centre stand.
