TVS Motor Company has announced TVS Paddock, a new premium retail network that will serve as the home for its premium motorcycle range and future Norton motorcycles in India. The company says the new showroom format has been designed to offer a more premium buying and ownership experience for customers.
According to TVS, today’s premium motorcycle buyers want more than just a motorcycle. They are looking for experiences, communities, personalisation options and a stronger connection with the brands they choose. TVS Paddock has been created around this idea and aims to bring motorcycles, merchandise, riding experiences and customer communities together under one roof.
TVS says its racing heritage has played a major role in shaping its premium motorcycle lineup. With over four decades of motorsport experience, the company believes racing continues to be the foundation for its engineering and performance-focused products. This philosophy will also be reflected in the TVS Paddock experience.
The new retail spaces have been designed by London-based retail design agency Checkland Kindleysides and will focus on delivering a seamless customer journey from the moment a customer walks into the showroom to long after they purchase a motorcycle. The company says each outlet will combine product displays, expert consultation, community engagement and specialised after-sales support in a premium environment.
TVS Paddock will feature dedicated customisation zones, premium community spaces, specialised service facilities, merchandise sections and a fully digital retail experience. Customers will also be able to explore accessories and personalisation options while learning more about the different motorcycles in the brand’s premium lineup.
Speaking about the announcement, TVS Motor Company Chairman Sudarshan Venu said that the future of premium motorcycling will be shaped not just by products, but also by the experiences and communities built around them. He added that TVS Paddock is the company’s effort to create deeper customer connections through innovation, personalisation and immersive brand experiences.
The announcement is also important for Norton Motorcycles, the iconic British brand owned by TVS Motor Company. Premium Norton motorcycles are expected to be sold through this new retail network, giving customers a dedicated premium sales and service experience that matches the brand’s positioning.
TVS Paddock outlets are expected to begin opening during Q2 FY2027 and will play a key role in the company’s premium motorcycle plans for India. As TVS continues to expand its premium portfolio, the new retail network is expected to become the flagship destination for enthusiasts looking for a more premium ownership experience.
