Volvo XC60 Launched, Gets Several Improvements & Priced At Rs. 71.9 Lakh (ex-showroom)
Volvo has launched the refreshed XC60 Mild Hybrid at Rs. 71.9 Lakh (ex-showroom) in India. Updated design, enhanced comfort, and a more intuitive infotainment system characterise the MY26 model. Volvo’s next-generation interface focuses on safer and more enjoyable driver interaction.
Styling
Styling changes include a redesigned grille, slimmer profile, and Volvo’s updated iron mark that enhances visual appeal. Darkening taillights and adding new 19-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels enhance its road presence. Inspired by nature, the new Forest Lake colour adds a sophisticated option to the palette.
Interior
Inside, the 11.2-inch screen uses Qualcomm’s Snapdragon processor and supports over-the-air updates with better visuals and responsiveness. Real wood inlays and a refined charcoal dashboard with contrast seams also feature in the interior. Adding calmness and brighter cabin aesthetics for a luxury feel, a new blond interior is introduced.
Engine
The XC60 B5 uses a 2.0-litre petrol mild-hybrid engine that produces 250 HP and 360 NM of torque. The engine pairs with an 8-speed automatic transmission and AWD, which enhances performance. The SUV improves its fuel efficiency and smoother acceleration, with the help of a 48-volt mild hybrid system.
Features
Comfort features include ventilated and heated front seats with massage and premium Nappa leather upholstery for maximum indulgence. A 1410W Bowers & Wilkins system with 15 speakers provides immersive, high-quality sound. Wireless charging, improved cup holders, and flexible load space are among the additional touches.
The new infotainment system is Android-type, offering Google services for five years and wired Apple CarPlay support. It also includes a 360-degree split-screen camera and a graphical head-up display. Four-zone climate control with PM 2.5 air cleaning ensures fresh air throughout the cabin.
