Unofficial Bookings Of 2022 Maruti XL6 Commence

Maruti XL6 Review Test Drive
The 6-seater car has been garnering more takers with each passing month

The 2022 Maruti XL6 unofficial booking process has begun 2 weeks before the car’s market launch is scheduled to take place

Select Maruti dealers have begun the booking process of the 2022 XL6 unofficially ahead of the MPV’s launch scheduled to take place later this month.

The changes (we know of so far) that the XL6 will sport include a revised radiator grille, new set of alloy wheels and an upgraded 7-inch infotainment system. Otherwise, the car should remain the same as before.

Also new would be the 1.5-litre Dual Jet petrol motor powering the car that would replace the previous K15B engine which is set to be phased out by the top carmaker of the nation.

Expect to see more goodies on offer with the car this time around

The new motor is set to be more powerful and more fuel efficient than its predecessor and it will be paired to a 5-speed manual and a 6-speed torque converter automatic.

To be likely available in 2 trims – Zeta and Alpha – like earlier, the updated XL6 will be retailed through Maruti’s Nexa chain of retail outlets. It goes without saying that Maruti will ask a slight premium for the updated XL6 than it does now.
