Bugatti Veyron Vitesse Legend Launched

Bugatti has released a special edition version of the Veyron, badged as Bugatti Veyron Legend. The Volkswagen Group owned super carmaker will showcase the Veyron Legend at the ongoing Frankfurt Motor Show. The new special edition Veyron pays tribute to Jean Bugatti, who is the son of the company’s founder and creator of the Type 57SC Atlantic. The previous limited edition Veyron Legend series was dedicated to Bugatti racing driver Jean-Pierre Wimille. Only three examples of the latest version will be on offer retailing at €2.28 million (Rs. 19.65 crores) each.

For the first time in the history of Bugatti, the horseshoe grille and EB logo at the rear is made from platinum.

If you notice the rims on the Bugatti Veyron Legend, it boasts of black diamond-cut rims. The signature of Jean Bugatti has been laser-etched on the oil cap, finished in a special grey paint. On the inside, the special edition derives the same upholstery theme as the Type 57SC Atlantic. Interiors are finished in special beige and chocolate brown leather. You can also find decorative stitching, bespoke embroidery on the doors and the cover of the rear storage compartment. The gear selector lever on the centre console is finished in rosewood veneer.
