Hyundai Grand i10 Anniversary Edition Launched In India

To celebrate 20 years of existence in India, the Hyundai Grand i10 Anniversary Edition has been launched and it comes with some appealing additions.

Hyundai has completed 20 years of operations in India and to celebrate this, the automaker launched the Xcent Anniversary Edition last week. Now, the company has launched a similar special edition of the Grand i10 and it comes with some cosmetic additions and interior tweaks.

On the outside, the Hyundai Grand i10 Anniversary Edition comes with blackened B-pillars, body graphics and a rear spoiler. On the inside, the hatchback gets a 6.2-inch touchscreen audio system and red and black interiors. Since there are no alloys on offer, the special edition is based on the Sportz variant of the Grand i10.

The Anniversary Edition is offered on both petrol and diesel variants. The petrol engine is a 1.2-litre Kappa Dual VTVT unit producing 83 PS of power and 116 Nm of torque. The diesel engine is a 1.1-litre U2 CRDI unit churning out 71 PS of power and 160 Nm of torque. No mechanical changes have been made in the special edition.

The Hyundai Grand i10 is priced from Rs. 4.86 – 6.97 lakhs (ex-showroom, Delhi). The Anniversary Edition is priced at Rs. 5.69 lakhs and Rs. 6.60 lakhs for the petrol and diesel variants respectively. Hyundai claims that this special edition offers benefits of Rs. 55,000/- and Rs. 65,000/- for the petrol and diesel variants respectively.
