Tata Nexon crossed a new milestone of 1.50 lakh production

Tata Motors – The Indian carmaker has crossed a new milestone. The Tata Nexon production has crossed 1.50 lakh units within 3 years of launch. It is manufactured at Tata Motors’ Ranjangaon facility in Pune. It is quite a popular choice in the compact SUV segment and is one of the safest cars in India scoring 5-star Global NCAP rating.

Jawa – Classic Legends have delivered a record 2000 units of the Jawa Perak in India in October 2020. It has become the most successful model in their lineup with the highest sales in a single month. It is powered by a 334cc liquid-cooled single cylinder engine. The bike maker expects strong sales to continue for the Perak in the month of November as well.

Skoda – The Czech carmaker has come up with an interesting new tech. They will introduce illuminated seatbelt buckles which will make it easy for the passengers to find it in the dark. As soon as the seat senses a passenger, it will turn red and once they’re buckled up, it will turn green. When idle, the seatbelt illumination will remain white.

Uber – One of the most popular ride hailing apps, Uber, has come up with a new e-rickshaw platform for Delhi. They have deployed 100 e-rickshaws in the capital across 26 Delhi Metro stations. This will improve the first and last mile connectivity. It is a good move by the company to deploy environment friendly vehicles in one of the most polluted cities in the world.
