Nissan has increased the prices of the Gravite MPV, just a few months after the model’s launch in the Indian market. Following the revision, the sub-four-metre people mover is now priced between Rs. 5.73 lakhs and Rs. 9.08 lakhs (ex-showroom), with variant-wise increases ranging from Rs. 8000 to Rs. 18,000.
The latest revision effectively marks the end of the introductory pricing that was offered when the Gravite was launched in February 2026. While all variants have become more expensive, the extent of the increase varies across the lineup.
The largest price adjustment has been applied to the N-Connecta manual variant, which now costs Rs. 18,000 more than before. At the other end of the range, the entry-level Visia MT has received the smallest increase of Rs. 8,000. Most remaining variants have seen price revisions in the Rs. 15,000-17,000 range.
Despite the updated pricing, the Gravite’s mechanical package remains unchanged. The MPV continues to be powered by a 1.0-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine producing 71 BHP and 96 Nm of torque. Buyers can choose between a 5-speed manual transmission and a 5-speed AMT, depending on the variant.
In terms of efficiency, Nissan claims the manual version returns 19.3 km/l, while the AMT-equipped variants offer a marginally higher claimed mileage of 19.6 km/l.
The Gravite is closely related to the Renault Triber, sharing its platform, engine and core mechanical components. However, Nissan has differentiated the model through unique exterior styling elements and brand-specific equipment. The MPV also serves as Nissan’s offering in the budget-friendly family vehicle segment, where affordability and practicality remain key buying factors.
With the introductory prices no longer in effect, prospective buyers will now have to factor in the revised pricing while evaluating the Gravite against rivals in the compact MPV space.
