Royal Enfield Hunter 350 Launched, Priced From Rs. 1.5 Lakhs

Hunter 350 Metro Rebel Red

Royal Enfield Hunter 350 price goes up to Rs. 1.69 lakhs (ex-showroom) for the top-end Metro trim’s Rebel variants

After years of testing and teasing with test mules, Royal Enfield has, at last, launched the Hunter 350 for an aggressive price tag starting from Rs. 1,49,900/- (ex-showroom) for the base Retro Factory variants.

Bookings are open currently while test rides and sale will begin on 10th August. Customers can check out the bike, book a test ride, and make final booking and customisation via the Royal Enfield App, on the company website – royalenfield.com, or at their nearest Royal Enfield dealerships.

Hunter 350 Metro Front

The company calls the all-new Hunter 350, a ‘2-wheeled double-espresso’ of motorcycling. Engineered and designed for the urban hustle, Royal Enfield says, the Hunter is a roadster with the character of a Royal Enfield reimagined in a compact muscular geometry.

The roadster is distinctly unique within the Royal Enfield line-up. Built on the 350cc J-series platform combined with a highly flickable Harris Performance chassis, the bike is expected to deliver great agility.

Hunter 350 Metro Rebel Blue

It comes in 2 trims – Retro Hunter and Metro Hunter both finished with blacked-out engines and components.

The Retro Hunter runs on 17-inch spoked wheels and has a 300 mm front disc brake combined with a 6-inch rear drum brake, single channel ABS, a digital-analogue instrument cluster, and a choice of 2 single-tone tanks.

Hunter 350 Metro Rebel Black

The Metro Hunter, on the other hand, has a more contemporary look with dual-tone liveries, cast alloy wheels, wide tubeless tyres, and rounded rear lights. There are 5 colour ways across 2 variants, Dapper and Rebel.

It’s also compatible with Royal Enfield’s Tripper TBT navigation which is available to order as an accessory.

Hunter 350 Metro Rear

Further, the Metro variants are equipped with alloy wheels and wider 110/70-17 front and 140/70-17 rear tubeless tyres, 300 mm front and 270 mm rear disc brakes, dual channel ABS, and a handy centre stand.

An LED tail lamp and a premium digital-analogue instrument cluster that displays odometer, trip meter, gear indicator, fuel graph bar with low fuel warning, clock, and a service reminder complete the Metro package.

Hunter 350 Metro Dapper White

All Hunter variants feature conventional handlebar controls, their rotary power and lighting switches giving a gentle nod to the past, and are fitted with a USB charging port.

The Hunter was developed by the designers and engineers at Royal Enfield’s technology centres in India and UK, and renowned chassis expert, Harris Performance. The chassis geometry has been designed for optimal height-to-weight ratio while offering superior comfort.

Hunter 350 Metro Dapper Grey

With revised rake and trail angles, a lower 800 mm seat height, and shorter wheelbase, the bike is claimed to offer exceptional manoeuvrability encouraging greater confidence when carving through cramped streets while also feeling planted.

The 349 cc air-oil cooled single cylinder J-series engine, previously launched on the Meteor and Classic 350, produces 20.2 HP at 6100 RPM and 27 Nm at 4000 RPM.

Hunter 350 Retro Factory Silver

It has strong, low-end grunt, smooth linear power delivery with an engine calibration to give a lively throttle response, and a distinctive exhaust note to suit the character of the bike. It also has a primary balancer shaft to cut down vibrations.

The Hunter is supported by an ecosystem of Genuine Motorcycle Accessories. These can be added when ordering the bike on Royal Enfield’s App and MiY (Make It Yours) personalisation platform or at a later date.

Hunter 350 Retro Front

A Suburban range features protective and functional attachments such as engine and sump guards, pannier mounts and luggage, custom seat, and touring mirrors.

Options in another Urban range include a signature bench seat, black LED indicators, a tinted flyscreen, and a minimalist tail tidy rear end. A selection of riding gear including helmets in different colours, T-shirts, and smart personal accessories are also available.
