Skoda Slavia Monte Carlo Gets Two New Colour Options

Skoda Auto India has expanded the Slavia Monte Carlo range with the introduction of two new limited-edition paint finishes. Called Shimla Green and Steel Grey, the new colours will be available on only 200 units of the sedan.

Despite the addition of these exclusive paint options, the prices of the Slavia Monte Carlo remain unchanged. The model continues to be priced between Rs. 16.69 lakhs and Rs. 18.19 lakhs (ex-showroom).

Both new shades are offered with a contrasting black roof, adding to the Monte Carlo edition’s dual-tone appearance. With these additions, the Slavia’s overall colour palette expands to seven options, although the newly introduced colours will be available only for the limited production run.

Positioned at the top of the Slavia lineup, the Monte Carlo edition is based on the Prestige variant and features several cosmetic enhancements. Exterior highlights include blacked-out treatment for the grille, alloy wheels, ORVMs and exterior badges, Monte Carlo badging on the front fenders, a black boot-lid spoiler and smoked-effect tail-lamps.

Inside, the sedan gets an all-black cabin with red accents, red-and-black leatherette upholstery with Monte Carlo branding, a red-themed digital instrument cluster, metal pedals, illuminated scuff plates and contrast red stitching.

The Slavia Monte Carlo continues to be offered with two turbo-petrol engine options. The 1.0-litre TSI engine produces 115 HP and 178 Nm of torque and is paired with a six-speed torque converter automatic transmission. The larger 1.5-litre TSI develops 150 HP and 250 Nm, and comes mated to a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox.

No mechanical changes have been made as part of this update, with the introduction limited to the new exterior colour options.
