Upcoming Mahindra Verito Facelift Spied

The Mahindra Verito (earlier Mahindra Renault Logan) has not been a huge hit for the Indian market as expected by the two companies. Although it is one of the best sellers under the Dacia brand in some European countries, the same story didn’t carry over in the Indian market. Still Mahindra in efforts to keep the vehicle alive in the Indian market is giving a facelift to it. An Autocar India spotted the Mahindra Verito facelift undergoing test rounds in and around Nashik.

The front and rear have been completely covered with cloth indicating that Mahindra has given some styling changes to both the ends of the vehicle. However, a minute observation doesn’t reveal any major styling changes to me that Mahindra has carried out. The rear looks almost the same and the tail lights also don’t seem to have changed in shape. The overall profile remains absolutely same.

Under the hood, there would be no mechanical changes. What was expected was Mahindra might be reducing the overall length of the vehicle making it less than 4 metres, but that might have to wait for some more time. The interiors might have received some upgrades but no spy shots were available of that. We expect Mahindra to launch the facelifted Verito very soon in the coming months.
