Yamaha FZ25 Marvel Editions Launched In Brazil

Looks like manufacturers have caught the superhero bug

Yamaha has launched the Marvel Edition FZ25 in the Brazilian market, adding a bit of superhero flair to its quarter-litre motorcycle.

Called the Fazer 250 there, the bike can now be had in Captain Marvel and Black Panther editions and sports liveries of the Marvel superheroes.

These limited edition models are also joined by the Captain America Edition of the Lander 250 dual purpose motorcycle sold in Brazil.

As can be seen in the pictures, the liveries are not over the top and actually suit the bike rather well. The Captain Marvel Edition livery pops a bit more while the Black Panther edition is stealthy with purple hues that go well with it.

Special decals have also made their way onto the bike with the headlight cowl sporting the Avengers logo, while the Captain Marvel or Black Panther logo can be seen on the front mudguard.

Further, the Yamaha FZ25 Marvel Edition sports the Marvel branding on the sides and there are model-specific rim decals too.

No mechanical changes have been made to the motorcycle and it continues to be powered by a 249cc motor that puts out 21.3 HP and 20.6 Nm of torque, which is mated to a 5-speed gearbox.

Price-wise, both the Yamaha FZ25 Marvel Edition models cost 18,090 Brazilian Real (Rs. 2.50 lakhs). There is no word about the special editions getting launched here.

If they do hit our roads, they will not be alone, for TVS already has the NTorq SuperSquad edition sporting liveries inspired from Iron Man, Black Panther and Captain America fictional characters.
