2023 Honda Dio launched with updated engine and mild tweaks
2023 Honda Dio launched, priced at Rs. 70,211/- for the Standard variant, Rs. 74,212/- for the Deluxe variant and Rs. 77,712/- for the new Smart variant (all prices, ex-showroom Delhi).
The scooter now gets a Mat Dark Blue colour option for the range topping Smart variant. It also comes with new Dio logo, new body graphics and new alloy wheels.
Adding to the convenience, the Japanese two-wheeler maker has added Honda Smart Key System to the Dio. With this feature you can find the scooter with the press of a button on the key and all 4 winkers will blink twice to locate the scooter.
You can also lock and unlock the scooter using the physical key. If the key is within the range of 2 metres, the rider can start the scooter without using the key. The smart key has an immobiliser system which prevents a non-registered key from starting the engine.
The Honda Dio now also gets fully digital instrument cluster. It comes with 3 real time informatics like Range, Average fuel efficiency and Real-time Fuel Efficiency. The meter displays details like Total Trip, Clock and Service Due Indicator. It is available only in deluxe and smart variants.
The engine is now updated to meet the new emission norms and is OBD2 compliant. The 110cc remains unchanged and produces 7.65 PS at 8000 RPM and 9 Nm torque at 4750 RPM.
Honda is now offering 3 years standard and 7 years optional extended warranty with the Dio.
