Ola S1 Pro+ & Roadster X+ Updated With New Battery Packs & Discounts
Ola Electric has updated the S1 Pro+ and Roadster X+. Both models now feature advanced 4680 battery packs, which promise high energy density, faster charging, and lower production costs. Ola priced the S1 Pro+ at Rs. 1.69 Lakh (ex-showroom), while the Roadster X+ is priced at Rs. 1.89 Lakh (ex-showroom). There is also a Rs. 10,000 discount on both models until August 17.
S1 Pro+
The Ola S1 Pro+ now features a 5.2 kWh battery pack, slightly lower than the previous 5.3 kWh unit, but continues to deliver a 320 Km range on a single charge. It stays paired to a 13 kW motor producing 58 Nm of peak torque, enabling a sprint from 0 to 40 km/hr in 2.1 seconds. Built on the Gen3 platform, the scooter’s hardware and design remain unchanged, while upcoming support for MoveOS 6 promises features like traction control, ABS, and ADAS.
Roadster X+
The Roadster X+ continues with its 9.1 kWh battery, delivering an IDC-claimed range of 501 km. An 11 kW motor powers it, delivering 58 NM of torque and offering a top speed of 125 km/h, with an acceleration time from 0 to 40 km/hr of 2.7 seconds. Similar to the S1 Pro+, the Roadster X+ will also get the MoveOS 6 update, alongside Ola’s upcoming rare-earth magnet-free Ferrite Magnet electric motor, currently under testing for future production.
