Hero Xtreme 125R Single Seat Variant Launched At Rs. 1 Lakh (ex-showroom), Will Offer More Comfort Compared To The Two Split-Seat Variant
Hero has expanded its popular Xtreme 125R lineup with a new single-piece seat variant. The brand prices this new version at Rs 1 lakh (ex-showroom). It aims to offer more comfort while retaining the sporty character of the motorcycle.
Styling
In terms of competition, the Xtreme 125R continues to compete with rivals like the Bajaj Pulsar NS125 and Honda SP125. Its design highlights include a sharp LED headlamp and muscular fuel tank with sporty extensions. It appears that the styling is centred around attracting younger riders.
Engine
A 125cc single-cylinder engine powers the bike, delivering 11.5 HP and 10.5 NM of torque. The engine is paired with a smooth-shifting 5-speed gearbox. This setup ensures a balance of performance and efficiency for daily commutes and spirited rides.
Pricing
Hero launched the Xtreme 125R last year, initially offering it in two split-seat variants. These included the base IBS variant priced at Rs. 98,425 (ex-showroom) and the ABS model at Rs. 1.02 lakh (ex-showroom). The new single-seat version now slots perfectly between the two.
