The second bike showcased is the Moto Guzzi Norge 1200 GT. Moto Guzzi is a 90 year old brand which was acquired by the Piaggio Group in 2004. Power comes in through a 1151cc, V-shaped, 90-degree transverse twin-cylinder, 4-valve engine, Which produces 95 HP of power at 7500 RPM and 100 Nm of torque at 5800 RPM. Even though power figures are not very high, the engine is very refined and silent. Braking is powerful and the motorcycle also features electronic ABS. Weighing in at a rather heavy 246 kgs, the Norge 1200 GT has a 23-liter fuel tank which ensure stability and range. The company claims that the Norge 1200 GT is touring at its grandest. There are no plans for Moto Guzzi to be launched in India anytime soon.
