BMW is on a roll after its automobile and motorcycle sales increased 14% in February compared with the same month last year. The company has managed to sell 80 units of the 100 limited edition Gran Turismo cars allocated to India. The Gran Turismo is powered by a 3.0L diesel engine producing 180bhp of power and 540Nm of torque. It uses a 8-speed automatic gearbox and rides on 245/50/R18 tyres bolted on turbine styling light alloy wheels. The car is brought via the CBU route to the country and is priced at Rs. 63,00,000/- (ex-showroom).
