Hero Karizma XMR name trademarked, launch this year
Hero MotoCorp is all set to re-launch the Karizma nameplate as they have trademarked the name with XMR suffix. The new generation motorcycle is expected to hit the showrooms later this year.
The Indian two-wheeler maker will resurrect the brand and position the new Karizma XMR as their flagship motorcycle in their lineup. The fans must be waiting eagerly for the new iteration as the last model got discontinued in 2020.
Based on a brand new chassis, the next generation Karizma will compete with the new age rivals and we expect it to have a modern look with all the advanced tech on offer.
The bike is expected to get an all-new engine and we believe Hero will plonk in a new 210cc, liquid cooled, single-cylinder engine that produces around 25 BHP and 30 Nm torque.
The new motorcycle will compete with a wide range of 200-250cc bikes in the segment. It is likely to make its debut this festive season.
