Mahindra XUV E8 spotted with updated styling and revised interior

Mahindra XUV E8 spotted testing with new styling details and updated interior. The prototype spotted here is wearing heavy camouflage to hide the changes.

The all-electric version of the XUV700 will get some unique styling details which you can make out from these spy shots of the test mule. The front profile is completely hidden which suggests that it will come with a new set of headlights, DRLs and bumper design to make it look rather futuristic compared to the ICE counterpart.

The side profile might get some new changes including the alloy wheel design. The rear too is expected to get updated with new tail lights and revised bumper along with updated tail gate design.

The interior also gets some new changes including a new two-spoke steering wheel design inspired from the concept version. Just like the latest steering from Tata, Mahindra might offer this with the illuminated logo as well.

Seems like the dashboard will get a couple of new screens, the panels are hidden in the test mule. If this is the case, the new XUV E8 will come with three screens! One screen for the cluster, the centre touchscreen infotainment as well as the passenger screen. Another big update to notice is the centre console with new gear select lever.

Mahindra will be offering the electric XUV in multiple variants with power output ranging from 230 HP to 350 HP. It is expected to come with a driving range of around 500 km on full charge. The Mahindra XUV E8 will compete directly with the upcoming Tata Safari EV.
