Maruti Suzuki Releases Sketch Of Upcoming XL6 MPV

The Maruti XL6 MPV will be sold in 2 variants – Alpha and Zeta.

Just a fortnight away from its launch, Maruti Suzuki’s new XL6 MPV has been teased via an official sketch. The Ertiga-based MPV will be sold via the company’s premium Nexa dealerships in 2 variants called – Alpha and Zeta. The new MPV gets a trapezoidal grille, new headlamp clusters and a chrome strip on its face. It gets black alloy wheels and skid plates both at the back and at the front. While L-shaped taillights are carried forward from the Ertiga.

The Maruti XL6 will get a 3-row seating layout with the 2nd seat boasting of 2 comfortable captain seats. An all-black interior complemented with some silver inserts and faux wood has been recently discovered in a couple of spy shots.

The Maruti XL6 will be driven by a 1.5-litre, 4-cylinder petrol engine with mild-hybrid technology previously seen on the Ertiga and Ciaz. It belts 103 PS and 138 Nm of torque and will be offered with 2 gearbox options – a 5-speed manual and a 4-speed torque converter automatic transmission.
