Mercedes EQS SUV Celebration Edition

Mercedes-Benz India has introduced the EQS SUV Celebration Edition as its first launch of 2026. The model is available in both five-seat and seven-seat formats, with prices ranging between Rs. 1.34 crores and Rs. 1.48 crores (ex-showroom).

The EQS SUV 450 is offered in a five-seat layout at Rs. 1.34 crores, while the seven-seat EQS SUV 580 is priced at Rs. 1.48 crores. The Celebration Edition comes with the AMG Line package, and rear seat ventilation is included as standard across variants.

There are no mechanical changes for the Celebration Edition. The EQS SUV continues to use a dual-motor electric powertrain paired with a 122kWh battery. Output figures remain at 265 BHP and 800 Nm for the 450 and 536 BHP and 858 Nm for the 580. The vehicle retains its all-wheel-drive configuration.

Design updates follow a familiar EQS SUV template, featuring a gloss-black enclosed grille area, matrix LED headlamps, AMG Line exterior detailing and 21-inch alloy wheels.

The cabin features three display screens across the dashboard, multi-colour ambient lighting, wireless charging, multi-zone climate control and a head-up display. The standard rear seat package adds powered adjustment and seat ventilation, reflecting the focus on comfort for second-row occupants.

With the Celebration Edition, Mercedes-Benz adds a new variant tier to the EQS SUV range without altering its technical fundamentals. The model continues to serve as the brand’s flagship electric SUV in India, competing in the premium luxury EV segment.
