MG Majestor SUV to offer 5-year warranty, RSA and service package
JSW MG Motor India has introduced a new ownership package for its upcoming flagship SUV, the MG Majestor. The offer, called the 5-5-5 Programme, will be available to the first 3000 customers and is aimed at making ownership more predictable and convenient.
Under this programme, buyers will receive a 5-year unlimited-kilometre warranty, five years of roadside assistance and five labour-free scheduled services. The initiative is intended to reduce maintenance concerns and provide additional reassurance to early adopters of the new SUV.
Bookings for the MG Majestor are currently open with a token amount of Rs. 41,000/-. The company will announce prices in April 2026, while customer deliveries are scheduled to begin in May 2026.
In the Indian market, the Majestor will position itself in the premium full-size SUV segment, competing with models such as the Toyota Fortuner, Skoda Kodiaq and Volkswagen Tayron.
The SUV will be offered in six- and seven-seat layouts, with four-wheel-drive available on select variants.
Powering the Majestor will be a 2.0-litre twin-turbo diesel engine producing 213 BHP and 478 Nm of torque. The engine will be paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission, along with an optional 4×4 drivetrain.
On the feature front, the Majestor is expected to include a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system, digital instrument cluster, panoramic sunroof and ventilated front seats with massage function. Other highlights include a 12-way powered driver’s seat, gesture-controlled powered tailgate, and dual wireless phone chargers.
Safety and driver assistance features will include Level 2 ADAS, a 360-degree camera, six airbags and multiple off-road drive modes, which are aimed at improving capability across different terrains.
