Suzuki Gixxer SF BS6 MotoGP

Yet another price hike for TVS Apache 160 4V and 200 4V

Suzuki – The Japanese bike maker has introduced BS6 compliant Suzuki Gixxer 250 and SF 250. Gixxer 250 is priced at Rs. 1.63 lakhs while SF 250 is priced at Rs. 1.74 lakhs (ex-showroom). There are no changes in the bike apart from the greener engine with almost the same power and torque output.

TVS – The Indian motorcycle maker has yet again increased the pricing of the TVS Apache 160 4V and 200 4V. The former is now Rs. 2000/- more expensive while the latter gets a price hike of Rs. 2500/-.

Maruti Suzuki – With the ongoing pandemic crisis automakers are considering to launch new finance schemes to push sales. Maruti is considering to introduce lease system for their cars. It is expected to roll out by next year.

Indian Motorcycles – The premium American bike maker has registered two new trademark names – Guardian and Pursuit. These are expected to be the names of new variants of the Challenger motorcycle.

Motor Trivia – Did you know, Chevrolet is named after the company’s co-founder Louis Chevrolet who was a Swiss-born racing driver.
