
Odysse SUN Launched In India, Will Compete With The OLA S1 Pro & Ather Rizta
Odysse Electric Vehicles has launched the Odysse SUN, targeting riders seeking a combination of performance, comfort, and features. The SUN, powered by a 2500W peak motor, reaches a top speed of 70 km/h and offers two battery options, i.e. 1.95 kWh with an 85 Km range and 2.90 kWh with a 130 km range, both AIS-156 approved and fully rechargeable in 4 to 4.5 hours.
Features
The SUN, equipped with three riding modes (Drive, Parking, Reverse), telescopic front suspension, hydraulic multi-level adjustable shocks, front and rear disc brakes, a digital meter, LED lighting, and a 32-litre under-seat storage, emphasises both safety and convenience.
Pricing & Market Competition
The Odysse SUN comes in Patina Green, Gunmetal Grey, Phantom Black, and Ice Blue, with a price of Rs. 81,000 for the 1.95 kWh variant and Rs. 91,000 for the 2.90 kWh variant (ex-showroom). Bookings will happen via the company website or by visiting the showrooms. It remains to be seen how the Odysse SUN will go up against stiff competition from the OLA S1 Pro and Ather Rizta.
