Pulsar 160 NS Spotted In India Without Camouflage

Bajaj Pulsar 160 NS Spotted in India yet again, but this time without any camouflage.

This is the second time that the Pulsar 160 NS is being spotted in India

Bajaj launched the Pulsar 160 NS in Turkey last week and the same model was spotted testing in India on the Mumbai-Pune highway. This is the second time the Pulsar 160 NS is being spied, the last time it was camouflaged, but this time it was spotted in the flesh.

Lookswise, the Pulsar 160 NS looks very similar to the Pulsar 200 NS except for the 160 stickers on the tank extensions and a rear drum brake. Powering the Pulsar 160 NS is a 160cc single-cylinder, oil-cooled engine that produces 15.5 HP of maximum power at 8500 RPM and 14.6 Nm of maximum torque at 6500 RPM. This motor comes paired to a 5-speed gearbox.

Tipping the scale at 135 kgs, the Pulsar 160 NS features backlit switchgear, tubeless tyres, disc brake for the front wheel and LED tail-lamps. The Turkey-spec model features a single-channel ABS, we aren’t sure whether Bajaj will offer this on the India-spec Pulsar 160 NS.

Bajaj Auto hasn’t yet confirmed the Pulsar 160 NS for the Indian market but if launched, it would be a good motorcycle to take on emerging competition in the 150cc segment.
