Royal Enfield Flying Flea Spotted Testing In Ladakh, To Be Priced Between The Brand’s 450cc & 650cc Bikes
Royal Enfield has been spotted testing the Flying Flea electric bikes in Ladakh, India. The Flying Flea S6 and C6 are based on the platform. These EV bikes are expected to debut in 2026.
The Royal Enfield Flying Flea S6 and C6 were first showcased at EICMA 2024. Notably, the Flying Flea C6’s test mules have been spotted previously. However, this is the first time that both the Flying Fleas were spotted testing together.
Flying Flea C6
The Flying Flea C6 is a modern bike with retro styling cues. The Flying Flea S6 is a scrambler with a different handlebar, offset instrument cluster, and a high front fender. Both bikes use the same platform, internally referred to as the ‘L’ platform. The C6 runs on road tyres and is fitted with alloy rims.
Flying Flea S6
However, the Flying Flea S6 runs on off-road tyres with wire-spoke wheels. Royal Enfield has kept exact details under wraps, but both bikes are supposed to cater to riders in an urban environment.
Battery & Range
The brand promises engaging and thrilling performance and a premium build with the use of aluminium all throughout. However, the details regarding the battery and range haven’t been revealed as of present.
Market Positioning
The Royal Enfield Flying Flea models are scheduled to launch in 2026. Notably, the C6 will launch first, with the S6 following it. These electric bikes will be focusing on international markets but will be sold in India as well. Despite their compact size, the Flying Fleas will be priced between the brand’s 450cc and 650cc bikes.
