VIDA strengthens customer trust in its electric scooters with new ownership services. The programme includes extended warranty coverage, assured buyback, roadside assistance, and connected service subscriptions. These additions aim to make EV ownership easier and more predictable.

Warranty

VIDA scooters now include a five-year or 75,000 km warranty covering 11 essential components. The battery receives its own five-year or 60,000 km coverage. This protection ensures riders against degradation and sudden expenses.

Buyback Scheme

An assured buyback scheme further secures resale value for customers. After three years, owners can recover up to 67.5%. This arrangement enhances the convenience of upgrading or switching scooters.

Charging Subscription

VIDA Edge, a subscription package, includes unlimited fast charging at 3600+ public stations. It also unlocks 40+ app-based connected features. Riders can track rides, monitor battery health, and receive over-the-air updates.

Roadside Assistance

Roadside assistance now covers breakdowns, flat tyres, and towing services, available 24/7. This support boosts rider confidence during unforeseen situations. VIDA dealerships and online platforms offer the complete set of benefits during the festive season.
