Premier_Rio_Facelift

Premier Auto is testing an updated version of its Rio SUV. The automaker offers the Rio in BS3 version only and with the BS4 norms gone live, the company is working on a common rail oil burner to power the SUV. The company is in talks with various carmakers to acquire a diesel engine, which would power the Rio. The company is also in talks with Fiat for their famed 1.3 liter Multijet which powers almost half the diesel hatchbacks sold in the country. The Rio with the famous Multijet motor would make for a fantastic option for those looking for a compact SUV on a budget. We expect a slight price hike of Rs. 50,000/- on the BS4 compliant Rio.
