Bajaj Pulsar 180 New Colours

Bajaj Auto has launched three new colour schemes on the Pulsar 180 models in order to clear the stocks of the existing models. The new dual-tone colour shades comprise of sapphire blue, pearl metallic white and cocktail wine red. The move comes as the Pulsar 150 and 180 models are all set to receive a comprehensive update with changes to the design and updates to improve the ride quality of the motorcycle.

The updated Pulsar 180 is expected to feature a monoshock suspension set up at the rear, a feature which is practically omnipresent in almost all models competing in the segment. The facelift will also help the premium commuter bikes to take on the newer models coming up in the segment. The Pulsar 150 and 180 will be competing against the Yamaha FZ models that will also get a comprehensive update later this year, the upcoming Suzuki Gixxer 150 and the Honda CB Trigger, Hero Achiever and Xtreme models.

Bajaj has a series of launches this year including the updated Pulsar 150 and 180 models. The company will launch the Pulsar 200 SS by the end of this year, while sister concern KTM will launch the much awaited RC 200 and RC 390 models in the country. The new Discover models are also expected to bow into the market by the end of this year. The new Pulsar 180 is expected to take design cues from the older 200 NS along with certain mechanicals as well. As seen in countless spy shots, the front of the Pulsar 180 will be similar to the 200 NS and will also get a front disc brake setup, telescopic suspension and alloy wheels. The bike will also feature the aluminium license plate holder as seen on the current flagship Pulsar.
