Two-wheeler manufacturers have started launching BS-IV versions of their bikes and this time Honda has launched the CB Shine BS IV in India. The 2017 Honda CB Shine BS IV is priced at Rs. 60,467/- for the self-drum-alloy variant, Rs. 62,926/- for the self-disc-alloy variant and Rs. 66,016/- for the self-disc-alloy CBS variant (all prices, ex-showroom, Mumbai).

There are no changes to the mechanicals of the bike. However, it does come with a few changes like a new chrome muffler, 3D emblem on the tank, redesigned tail lamp and a new carburettor cover. Along with that, the bike also comes with AHO. The Honda CB Shine is powered by a 124.73cc, air-cooled, 4-stroke, SI engine producing 10.16 HP at 7500 RPM and 10.30 Nm at 5500 RPM.

The 2017 CB Shine also gets two new colours – Athletic Blue Metallic and Imperial Red Metallic. Honda today rolled out the 50th lakh unt of the CB Shine from its Tapukara plant in Rajasthan and it is the only 125cc bike in India to have crossed 50 lakh units.
