The new generation Mahindra XUV500 interiors spied with seating space.
Mahindra is about to introduce the much awaited new generation XUV500 in 2020. The Indian carmaker will be introducing the second generation of the SUV and it comes with drastic design changes along with new interiors and features.
We have previously revealed the dashboard design of the new XUV500 with flat bottom steering wheel and new layout. This time around all the three rows of seating has been revealed which also gives us an idea about the space offered.
The front seats get art leather upholstery with different cushioning. Looks wide and supportive for back and under thighs. The rear seats are also finished in art leather and there is adjustable head rest for all the three passengers.
The seats are finished in beige and get revised cushioning. The legroom seems to be ample which will be suitable for tall adults. The third row seating has also been revealed with decent space and individual headrests for 2 passengers.
Mahindra will be introducing a new 2.0-litre diesel engine along with a 2.0-litre turbo petrol engine. Both these engines will get BS6 compliant and will be available with both 6-speed manual and automatic transmission options.
The new generation Mahindra XUV500 is likely to make its debut by the end of 2020. It will compete directly against the new Tata Gravitas that will hit the markets in February 2020.
