2022 Audi Q5 Price Starts At Rs. 58.93 Lakhs

The 2022 Audi Q5 asking price rises till Rs. 63.77 lakhs for the top-spec variant

The model year 2022 Audi Q5 has been launched with a starting price of Rs. 58.93 lakhs (ex-showroom), today in India. This is the German marque’s 9th product launch for 2021 in India.

Offered in only 2 variants, namely Premium Plus and Technology, the luxury SUV comes with 5 colour options – Floret Silver, Ibis White, Manhattan Gray, Mythos Black and Navarra Blue.

Visually, the car has a sharpened exterior design. Sporting new bumpers, the car has the single-frame grille with an octagon frame and chrome garnishing and revised LED headlights.

Its new fog lamp casing, skid plates and roof rails get silver accents, while there is a prominent wraparound shoulder line, 19-inch 5 double spoke star-style alloy wheels (Technology variant) and, in the back, LED combination lamps.

Inside, the car can be had in either Atlas Beige or Okapi Brown leather/leatherette upholstery. The cabin has Piano Black inlays, while a panoramic sunroof brings in enough light and airiness.

Being a luxury SUV, the 2022 Q5 comes with tonnes of features some of which include the 12.3-inch Virtual Cockpit Plus, 10.1-inch infotainment touchscreen, voice controls, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity and 19-speaker (755 Watts) Bang & Olufsen Premium Sound System.

Then there is the Audi phone box with wireless charging, comfort key with sensor-controlled tailgate operation, ambient lighting, park assist with parking aid plus, among others.

Power comes from a 2.0-litre TFSI motor that produces 249 HP and 370 Nm of torque. It is mated to a 7-speed DCT that sends the motor’s power to all 4 wheels through the quattro system.

The SUV does the 0-100 km/hr sprint in 6.3 seconds and can hit a top speed of 237 km/hr. Keen drivers can change the car’s character through the 6 driving modes – Comfort, Dynamic, Individual, Auto, Efficiency and Off-road – that are on offer.
