Honda Cars India has opened bookings for the 2022 model year Amaze compact sedan, today. The car will be launched on 18th August.
Customers can book the vehicle either at the Japanese carmaker’s dealerships or online. The booking amount is Rs. 21,000/- if a person books the refreshed Amaze at an authorised dealership.
On the other hand, should people prefer to book the compact sedan online from the comfort of their homes, then the token amount is Rs. 5000/-.
According to Honda, the second-generation Amaze facelift will come with enhanced exterior styling and enriched interiors. The teaser image and video released by Honda reveal some new details.
The car will come with a new radiator grille, projector headlights, chrome covers for door handles, mildly revised tail lamps and the fourth-generation City’s 15-inch diamond cut alloy wheels.
On the inside, the refreshed Amaze is expected to come with a new upholstery and even more features than is offered with the pre-facelift model.
However, no changes will be made to the powertrain options. There will be 1.2-litre petrol and 1.5-litre diesel engines on offer, both of which can be paired with either a 5-speed manual or a CVT.
With the 2022 Honda Amaze bookings commenced and launch date announced, only the car’s revised price is yet to be revealed. The refreshed Amaze will cost more than the 2021 model that is priced between Rs. 6.32 lakhs and Rs. 11.11 lakhs (ex-showroom, Delhi).
