Kia India has introduced the 2026 iteration of the Syros in the Indian market, bringing a mix of cosmetic updates and a broader variant range. The revised line-up now starts at Rs. 8.40 lakhs (ex-showroom), marking a slight repositioning at the entry level.
The update focuses primarily on styling changes. The Syros now features reworked front and rear bumpers with body-coloured aerodynamic inserts, while elements such as the skid plates, ORVMs, and roof rails receive a gloss black finish. Additional exterior updates include LED fog lamps, a rear LED stop lamp, refreshed side garnishing, and newly designed 17-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels paired with neon-finished brake calipers.
Colour options have also been expanded, with three new shades added to the palette: Ivory Silver Matte, Ivory Silver Gloss, and Magma Red.
Alongside visual changes, the model line-up has been revised with the introduction of four new trims – HTE, HTE (O), HTK+ (O), and HTX (O). This restructuring also brings wider availability of diesel automatic variants, which are now offered in the HTK+ and HTK+ (O) trims. These are priced at Rs. 12.74 lakhs and Rs. 14 lakhs (ex-showroom), respectively.
While the update does not appear to introduce mechanical changes, the expanded variant strategy and feature redistribution suggest an attempt to make higher-spec configurations more accessible across the range.
