Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 Now Available In Shadow Ash Paint Scheme

Royal Enfield has introduced a new paint scheme for the Guerrilla 450. The brand unveiled the new colour, Shadow Ash, at the GRRR Nights X Underground event in partnership with Tapaswi Racing in Pune. Royal Enfield prices the bike at Rs. 2.49 Lakh (ex-showroom), available with the Dash and Tripper Dash variants of the bike.

New Paint Scheme

The new paint scheme is a combination of Olive Green on the tank with black accents. Royal Enfield claims that this accentuates the muscular proportions of the bike. Additionally, the Guerrilla 450 offers Brava Blue, Yellow Ribbon, Gold Dip, Playa Black, Peix Bronze, and Smoke Silver colour schemes.

Engine

The same 452cc ‘Sherpa 450’ engine powers the Guerrilla 450. The engine produces 40 HP at 8000 RPM and 40 NM of torque at 5500 RPM. Royal Enfield has tuned the engine, also powering the Himalayan 450, to suit the character of the Guerrilla 450 and pairs it with a 6-speed gearbox.

Braking & Suspension

Regarding suspension, the bike features 43mm telescopic front forks with 140mm of wheel travel, as well as a monoshock setup at the rear with a travel of 150mm. For braking, a 310mm ventilated disc with a double-piston calliper is fitted at the front, and a 270mm single-disc setup with a single-piston calliper is present. The brand also enhances safety by adding dual-channel ABS.
